I founded Heathre Foster Travel in 2018, turning my passion for exploring the world into a career I love. Travel has always been a major part of my life, and now I get to help others experience it in the most seamless and luxurious way possible.

My favorite destination is France—or anywhere in Europe, where I find endless inspiration in the culture, history, and elegance. As a true foodie, I love indulging in Michelin-starred restaurants and incredible dining experiences wherever I go. Of course, I never travel alone—my little Pomeranian, a frequent flyer and travel companion, joins me on every adventure! I’ve been happily married for 15 years to my husband, who shares my love for travel. Together, we’ve explored incredible destinations, fueling my passion for creating unforgettable journeys for my clients.

Our Process

  • STEP ONE: INQUIRE

    The first step towards creating your dream vacation is to complete our inquiry form. Once we've received your form, we will reach out to schedule your intake call. Only inquiries submitted via our website will be vetted. To reduce the risk of missing an important message, we do not accept inquiries via social media or text message.

  • STEP TWO: CONSULTATION

    After receiving your inquiry form, we will send you an email to schedule your complimentary call. During this call, you will select the planning option that best suits your needs and we will review our services. Once the invoice for the selected option is paid, we will begin creating your proposal.

  • STEP THREE: PROPOSAL REVIEW

    We’ll combine takeaways from our intake call with our expertise and global connections to create a proposal option for you to review. Timely and thorough feedback is paramount during this phase to secure the components you desire and deserve!

  • STEP FOUR: CONFIRM YOUR ITINERARY

    Once you approve your proposal, you will be invoiced for the deposit amount. Deposits and due dates are dependent on the proximity to the trip, as well as the partner that the trip is booked through.
